FAQs
What pets fit inside the pouch?
PawHug™ is designed for small dogs and cats. Your pet should fit comfortably inside, with enough room to rest naturally and their head comfortably outside the opening.
How do I wash the hoodie?
Gently hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then lay flat to air-dry. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and wringing to help preserve its soft feel and shape.
Is the pouch secure?
The zippered compartment keeps your little companion close. Always supervise your pet, support them as needed, and make sure the head opening fits comfortably.
How long does shipping take?
Us & Canada orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days. International orders take 7-12 business days depending on location.
